Max is nationally ranked as a leading sports lawyer. He has significant experience representing athletes in anti-doping investigations and disputes. He has provided legal advice to  international federations on anti - doping matters.

He provides advice across the whole spectrum of anti-doping issues. His most recent cases include representing athletes in anti-doping tribunals for charges relating to presence of prohibited substances as well as tampering charges. He has appealed first instance anti-doping decisions and has had cases reported internationally.
